3. Altered versions--including, but not limited to, ports to new operating systems, existing ports with new
graphical interfaces, versions with modified or added functionality, and dynamic, shared, or static library
versions not from Info-ZIP--must be plainly marked as such and must not be misrepresented as being the
original source or, if binaries, compiled from the original source. Such altered versions also must not be
misrepresented as being Info-ZIP releases--including, but not limited to, labeling of the altered versions with
the names "Info-ZIP" (or any variation thereof, including, but not limited to, different capitalizations),
"Pocket UnZip," "WiZ" or "MacZip" without the explicit permission of Info-ZIP. Such altered versions are
further prohibited from misrepresentative use of the Zip-Bugs or Info-ZIP e-mail addresses or the Info-ZIP
URL(s), such as to imply Info-ZIP will provide support for the altered versions.
4. Info-ZIP retains the right to use the names "Info-ZIP," "Zip," "UnZip," "UnZipSFX," "WiZ," "Pocket UnZip,"
"Pocket Zip," and "MacZip" for its own source and binary releases.
LICENTIE VOOR OPENBRONSOFTWARE
1) Dit apparaat bevat programma's op basis van openbronsoftware zoals vermeld in sectie 6) in overeenstemming
met de licentievoorwaarden van elk afzonderlijk programma op basis van openbronsoftware.
2) Wij verstrekken de broncode van de GPL Programs, de LGPL Programs en het Apache License Program (zoals
gedefinieerd in sectie 6) tot vijf (5) jaar na stopzetting van het model van dit apparaat. Als u de bovenstaande
broncode wilt ontvangen, zie dan Contact opnemen met Epson in de Gebruikershandleiding en neem contact op
met de klantenservice van uw regio. U moet de licentievoorwaarden van elk programma op basis van openbron‐
software naleven.
3) De programma's op basis van openbronsoftware zijn ZONDER GARANTIE, ook geen impliciete garantie van
VERKOOPBAARHEID OF GESCHIKTHEID VOOR EEN BEPAALD DOEL. Zie de licentievoorwaarden van elk
afzonderlijk programma op basis van openbronsoftware voor meer informatie (beschreven in \Manual\OSS.pdf op
het schijfje met software).
4) OpenSSL-toolkit
Dit apparaat bevat software die is ontwikkeld door het OpenSSL-project voor gebruik in de OpenSSL-toolkit (http://
www.openssl.org/).
Dit product bevat cryptografiesoftware die is geschreven door Eric Young (eay@cryptsoft.com).
5) De licentievoorwaarden van elk afzonderlijk programma op basis van openbronsoftware zijn beschreven in
\Manual\OSS.pdf op het schijfje met software.
6) De lijst met programma's op basis van openbronsoftware die voor dit apparaat worden gebruikt, is als volgt.
GNU GPL
Dit apparaat bevat programma's op basis van openbronsoftware waarop GNU General Public License versie 2
of hoger van toepassing is ("GPL-programma's").
