5. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

BEFORE USE
Take the machine out of the box and check for any possible damage that may
have occurred during shipment. Never use damaged equipment or blades.
MOUNTING OF THE CUTTING BLADE
Turn off and unplug the machine before mounting or replacing the cutting blade. Never
use a cutting blade with a lower RPM than that of your angle grinder (See specifications).

CUTTING PROCEDURES
It is important that during the cutting of the tile you don't force the Cutting Blade.
Let the weight of the machine do the cutting. Just slowly move the machine
through the cutting guide. Forcing the tool will result in poor cutting performance
and chipping of tiles. It could also damage the Cutting Blade and the Machine.
Always use the blade guard and safety goggles when operating this

1) Turn the machine over with the spindle facing

upward and mount the flange. Rotate the
flange until you feel it locking.
2) Mount the cutting blade.
Wheel Nut
3) Screw the wheel nut onto the spindle by hand
4) Lock the spindle and tighten the wheel nut
using the spanner
5) To remove the cutting blade follow these
procedures in reverse order.
