During operation, bread crumbs are falling down onto the
crump tray (9), make sure to clean it on a regular basis.
Use of the integrated Bun Warmer
Always use the bun warmer (7) for toasting/reheating
buns/croissants. Never put them directly into the bread
slot.
To avoid any heat accumulation, never completely
cover the bun warmer. In case of doubt, only place one
bun/croissant on the bun warmer.
1. To lift up the bun warmer (7), press down the bun warmer
control lever (8).
2. P lace one bun/croissant onto the bun warmer (7).
3. S et the browning control (3) to a low to medium level (1 - 3)
by turning it into the resp. direction.
4. Press down the toasting lever (2) until it locks into place,
the indicator light of the stop button (6) lights up. Once the
required browning degree has been reached, the toaster
switches off automatically.
The browning degree also depends on the size and freshness
of the product.
5. C arefully, turn the bun/croissant over and switch the toaster
on again.
Toasted bread can be very hot. Let it cool or use potholders
to handle it.
6. To interrupt the toasting cycle before automatic cut-off,
press the Stop button (6).
7. Make sure to close the bun warmer (7) after each use by
pushing the bun warmer control lever (8) upward.
