sAfety instructions - general
•
Please read these instructions carefully, and retain them for future reference.
•
Use this appliance solely in accordance with these instructions.
•
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,sensory or
mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
•
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
•
Have any repairs carried out solely by a qualified electrician. Never try to repair the appliance yourself.
operAtion - general
The appliance is intended only for domestic use, not for professional use.

operAtion - before use for the first time
•
Before using the new milk frother for the first time, we recommend that you clean
the appliance thoroughly.
•
Applying thumb pressure, open and remove the sliding compartment cover.
•
Install the batteries in the position indicated on the battery position schematic.
•
Replace the sliding compartment cover fully into operating position.
•
Briefly press the power button to ensure that the batteries are functioning properly.
operAtion - use
•
Only switch the appliance on when the rotating head is completely immersed in liquid.
•
The Froth Maker can be used to froth a number of milk-based liquids, either hot or cold. Scalded or
cooked milk is not suitable for frothing: Milk should be heated to a temperature of not more than 60° C.
•
Fill a recipient to 1/3 with liquid
•
Grasp the milk frother, immerse the rotating head of the Froth Maker into the liquid, and press then
release power button to activate frothing.
•
During the next 15-20 seconds, agitate the Froth Maker slowly in an up and down motion while
keeping the rotating head fully immersed.
•
After a suitable head of froth has developed, press power button to suspend the rotating frothing, and
remove the milk frother from the liquid.
