heating elements. This is normal and does not affect the performance of the appliance.

Before installing or replacing the lamp, always disconnect the appliance from the 220-240V
power supply.

applicable legal regulations and certified for safety in use. For the best results from the appliance,
ensure that installation is carried out by a qualified electrician in accordance with the following
instructions and in full compliance with current regulations. Carefully follow the instructions and
recommendations below when using the heater.
Connection to 220-240 volts
It is important that the electricity supply has sufficient capacity for the electrical load of the installed
device.

Minimum distances required:
(a) 250 mm from the side wall
(b) 500 mm from the ceiling

In general, heaters should be placed at a safe distance (clearance) of at least 2.0 m from
combustible materials and glass walls. When installed in workshops or garages where flammable
or combustible paint is used, patio heaters should be installed at a distance of at least 4.0 m from
the source of danger.
•
If the patio heaters are installed in areas where paint is being sprayed, they must not be used
during spraying.
•
Never use the heaters in particularly dusty and explosive environments.
