Solution/how to resolve the problem
Use the cable provided. The meter must
be properly switched on (ON position) to
be recognised.
Try the following two steps:
Turn on the meter and wait for it to warm
up. Connect the USB cable and start the
software.
Turn on the meter and wait for it to warm
up. Start the software. Then connect the
USB cable.
Go to step 6 to set the recording
parameters.
Follow step 7 properly to save the
recording.
