SOLUTIONS
- Set the thermostat to another position.
- Insert the plug properly.
- Open the door and check if lamp is on. If
the lamp is off, there may be no voltage on
the socket. Have the socket repaired by an
electrician.
- Check the fuse and replace if necessary.
- Install the appliance in a protected location
where the ambient temperature is higher
than 10°C. If the appliance is installed in
a room with too low a temperature, the
internal cooling system may not operate
correctly.
- Try to open the door of the appliance as
little as possible to keep the food safe and
fresh for hours. If you know about the power
failure beforehand: Set the thermostat button
in the high mode an hour in advance, so
that the food is frozen completely. (Do not
add any other food to freeze during this
period!) Set the temperature mode back to
the original setting in good time when the
power supply is restored.
- Throw away spoiled food.
- Clean the appliance.
- Pack food with a strong smell.
- Wait a few seconds between closing and
re-opening the door.
- Wait a few hours and then check the
temperature again.

- Allow food to cool to room temperature
before storing.
