operAtion - using for the first time
1. Remove the packaging.
2. T horoughly clean the device with a warm, damp cloth in order to remove any manufacturing residue (see
"Cleaning and maintenance").
operAtion - using the chocolate melting pot
You can use the chocolate melting pot to dip small products in molten chocolate to make a fun dessert. You
can use the supplied accesories for this.
The appliance is also ideal to melt chocolate and candymelts for decorating cupcakes, cake pops, donuts,
pies, etc. or for delicious hot chocolate sauce with your desserts.
operAtion - chocolate to be used
You can use various types and flavours of chocolate with this chocolate melting pot:
- Liquid chocolate (ready-to-use);
- Chocolate callets (liquefy by heating);
- Chocolate bars (break them into pieces first and liquefy them by heating).
werking - Melting chocolate
1. P ut the appliance on a flat surface and fill the
bowl (4) with the desired amount of chocolate
2. Set the switch (1) to position 'I' (see figure 2).
The indication light (2) now illuminates.
3. A llow the chocolate to melt and use the spatula
(5) to stir it to a smooth substance.
W hen you wish to keep the chocolate liquid
after it has been molten set the switch, after the
chocolate has been molten, to position 'II' (see
figure 2).
