Banana ice cream
Ingredients
1 large ripe banana (80 gr.)
140 ml. skimmed milk
50 ml. heavy cream
30 g. confectioner's sugar
Mash the bananas until smooth. Mix in the milk, heavy cream and sugar. Place the mixed ingredients into
the freezer for 20- 30 minutes before making ice cream. Pour the mixture into the freezer tank with the
paddle running. Allow to freeze until the desired consistency is achieved.
Mango ice cream
Ingredients
160 gr. mango
134 ml. skimmed milk
30 gr. confectioner's sugar
Mash the mango. For a smooth result remove the pips by sieving. Add the sugar and milk and mix together.
Place the mixed ingredients into the freezer for 20- 30 minutes before making ice cream. Pour the mixture
into the freezer tank with the paddle running. Allow to freeze until the desired consistency is achieved.
Chocolate mint ice cream
Ingredients
130 ml. skimmed milk
30 gr. confectioner's sugar
100 ml. heavy cream
A few drops of peppermint extract
40 gr. grated chocolate
