the display

Adjusting the time zone
If you are in a country where the current time differs from that of the DCF77
radio signal, use the time zone adjustment to use your product in a time
zone other than the standard setting (UTC + 1 = Central European Time).
Set the difference in hours (e.g., -01) to the desired time zone.
