ABOUT THE GLUE
1. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
3059m special adhesive for PVC plastic is a one-component adhesive with special resin. It is used for bonding
PVC (ABS + PC material), PC, PS, hips, absc, PMMA, GP, as, Electroplated Plastics and other hard adhesives.
After bonding, it can be naturally cured at room temperature. The positioning time is fast. The cured adhesive has
no whitening, good high and low temperature resistance, waterproof, anti-corrosion and rust resistance.
2. PRODUCT APPLICATION
3059m special adhesive for PVC plastic is applied to PVC plastic and PC plastic, PVC plastic shell (USB flash
disk, earphone, battery box and other electronic component boxes), ABS, APET plastic ultrasonic defect pat-
ching, box removal, PC plastic toys, ABS electronic components, ABS electroplating keys, sports equipment,
etc. this glue has passed various environmental protection certificates and can provide environmental protection
certificates.

4. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: for surface treatment, the oil stain or dust on the material surface shall be removed first.
Step 2: apply glue. The thickness of glue shall be uniform and in place without bonding blind spots.
Step 3: quickly bond immediately after sizing and press to make both sides closely fit!
Step 4: 3059ml glue is suitable for gluing the needle. After curing, it will not turn white, no trace, fast positioning
(positioning in 3-6 seconds), and has the effect of tearing the material without degumming in about 30 minutes!
After fitting with 3059m glue, position it for about 2-3 minutes, and measure the best strength after 24 hours!
After bonding with 3059mh glue, position it for about 15-8 minutes and completely cure it in 24 hours!
Special adhesive PVC and acrylic glue qis-3003, instant positioning and high strength.
Low whitening type qis-460 non whitening instant drying type
If it is required to be transparent and traceless, 5203uv shadowless adhesive can be selected (one material must
be transparent)
