Record a memo
Memos are your own recorded messages used as reminders
for yourself or others using the same answering machine.
Play and delete them in the same way as incoming
messages.
1. In idle state press the menu key
2. Select Answering sys and press
3. Select Record memo and press
4. Speak your memo after the tone and press key 5 when done.
Number of rings
You can set the number of rings (2, 4, 6, 8 or 10) before the
answering machine records a call.
1. In idle state press the menu key
2. Select Answering system and press
3. Select Ans sys setup and press
4. Select # of rings and press
5. Select an entry from the list and press
Remote access code
A two-digit security code is required to access the answering
machine remotely from any touch-tone telephone. The preset
code is "00" . You can set the code from "00" to "99" .
1. In idle state press the menu key
2. Select Answering system and press
3. Select Ans sys setup and press
4. Select Remote code and press
5. Enter a two-digit code and press
