TROUBLESHOOTING
The Dehumidifier is not working.
●
Check if the device is connected to power.
●
Check if the water tank is properly placed.
The Dehumidifier is not dehumidifying / there is no
water collected.
●
Check if the Dehumidifier is turned on.
●
Check if the water tank is full.
Check if the working environment is within its operating temperature range (5°C to 50°C).
●
●
Check if the air inlet is blocked or too close to the wall.
●
Check if the Dehumidifier works in another room
The LED status indicates a full tank but it's empty.
●
Check if the float valve is stuck. Clean up the water tank and unstuck the float valve.
