5. Warranty
Calmenta provides a 2-year limited warranty from the date of
purchase.
Warranty claims can only be made if the buyer:
• Possesses a copy of the invoice/purchase receipt.
• The product is in its original condition.
Explicitly excluded from this warranty are:
• Wear and tear caused by normal use or consumption of the
product.
• Accessories provided with this product that wear out or are
consumed under correct usage (such as batteries, batteries,
cuffs, seals, electrodes, lamps, attachments, and inhaler
accessories).
• Products that have been used, cleaned, stored, or maintained
improperly or differently than stated in the instructions for use,
and products that have been opened, repaired, or modified by the
buyer or a non-Calmenta authorized service center.
• Damage that occurs during transportation between the
manufacturer and the customer and/or between the service
center and the customer.
• Products purchased as B-stock items or used items.
• Consequential damage resulting from a defect in this product (in
such cases, claims may exist under product liability or other
mandatory legal liability provisions).
