11. Operation
a) Pairing the subwoofer and soundbar
Automatic
• The subwoofer and soundbar will pair automatically after turning on. The distance between the subwoofer and the
soundbar must not exceed 6 meters in open space.
• During pairing, the pairing indicator lamp (18) flashes.
• As soon as the pairing process is completed and the connection is established, the pairing indicator is lit solid.
Do not press the PAIR (17) button during automatic pairing.
If automatic pairing is not successful and no connection is made, pair the subwoofer with the soundbar
manually.
Manual
• Make sure that the soundbar and the subwoofer are connected to the mains grid and the soundbar is in standby
mode. The standby indicator (8) is lit red.
• Hold the PAIR (17) button until pairing indicator lamp (18) flashes quickly.
Once the power supply has been established, you must press the PAIR button within 20 seconds.
Otherwise the manual pairing process will not work.
• Switch on the soundbar with the on/off button (1, 26).
• The pairing indicator lamp remains lit once pairing is complete and the connection is established.
• If the pairing indicator lamp continues flashing, pairing was not successful. If this happens, unplug the subwoofer
from the mains for approx. 3 minutes and repeat the steps for manual pairing.
If problems occur during pairing, please refer to the following notes and tips:
• Determine if a conflict exists in coupling or a strong interference with the wireless transmission. The problem may
be caused by other electronic devices. Fix any such errors and restart the pairing process.
• The distance between the subwoofer and the soundbar must not exceed 6 meters in open space.
