If the cooking duration is set as 00:00,
cooking will continue until you switch
the oven off manually.
The cooking end time cannot be set
when the grill functions are activated.
If the cooking end time was set before
activating the grill functions, the
cooking end time will be canceled after
the grill functions are selected.
Boost function
To set Boost function, Press the OK button
to select "Boost" when it appears on the
screen. Then, select the settingby pressing
the OK button.
Use this function to head the oven the
desired temperature as quickly as possible.
This mode is not appropriate for cooking.

To start an operation, tap the START/

tapping the UP and DOWN buttons.
The BACK button can be used to

navigate between oven function,
temperature and cooking time, while
any cooking function is active. The value
of any specification can be altered using
the UP and DOWN buttons.

Touch the START/PAUSE button to
return to the main menu. Then, press
the BACK button to return to the
cooking screen.
Auto cooking
The Monochrome Control Unit has built-in,
previously determined, recipe functions that
you can select in the Auto Cooking menu.
You will only be able to select the name of
the desired meal. It will not be possible to
alter any of the recipe settings as cooking
settings, including cooking duration and
temperature, are already set.
Follow the steps below to perform auto
cooking.
Use the UP and DOWN buttons to

navigate the main menu.

Press the OK button to select "Auto
Cooking" when it appears on the
screen.
Within the Auto Cooking menu, you will
be able to select the category, name and
weight of the desired recipe. It will also be
possible to change the cooking end time.
