Reject a call
If you would like to reject an incoming call, long touch the "power/touch
button"
for ± 2 seconds.

Troubleshooting:
"My left & right earphones do not connect automatically with each
other"
• Put the 2 earphones back in the charging dock. Take the earphones
out of the charging dock again so they will pair automatically with each
other.
• Make sure both earphones are charged before use.
• Please note that when the earphones do not have a BT connection for
5 minutes, they automatically switch OFF
• If the charging dock is out of battery, the earphones will not
automatically turn on!
"My BT enabled device is not able to pair with the device"
• Make sure the device is turned ON before beginning the BT pairing
process.
• Keep the device and your BT enabled device within 1 M (3 ft) of each
other during the BT pairing process.
• Make sure the BT feature on your BT enabled device is activated.
• Make sure no other BT enabled device is connected to the device.
"I can pair my BT enabled device with the device, but I cannot
hear any music"
• Activate the volume on your connected BT enabled device.
• Make sure your BT enabled device supports BT A2DP profile.
"I cannot get the device into BT pairing mode"
• Make sure the device is turned "ON" before beginning the BT pairing
process.
• Repeat the steps described in detail under "Making a BT connection
(BT Pairing)"
