TROUBLESHOOTING
Read and follow assembly instruction. If the UNTIO SPARKLE
JUICE·BAR smart water system does not functioning properly
please check troubleshooting table. If the water system still not
working properly, disconnect it and contact authorised UNITO
customer service for assistance. When calling for assistance
please provide your product model and serial number.

ERROR LIST
Solution
- Turn on the main water
supply valve.
- Connect all the cable
and hose correctly.
- Straighten the hoses.
- Clean/replace the
aerator.
- Check the filter
connection.
- Check the water
pressure. It should be
above 1.0 bar. Check a
different tap. If the
pressure is also low
there, check the mains
water tap and contact
your water supplier.
- Normal behavior due to
high pressure, normally
when using a new
cylinder.
- Connect to power
supply.
- Restart the system.
- Contact UNITO
customer service.
- Install the CO2 cylinder
properly.
- Replace with a new
CO2 cylinder.
- Change to a higher level
soda through the UNITO

workmanship as follows: Within warranty period, UNITO will
repair or replace any part of the product that proves defective
because of improper workmanship and/or material, under
normal installation, use, service and maintenance. There will
be no charge for parts and labor.
