ter, "Filling the Water Reservoir" section).
2. Place the device on an even, stable and heat-resistant surface.
3. Insert the mains plug into a properly installed plug socket that is easily accessible.
4. Heat the device up to the highest temperature setting.
5. Hold the device horizontally over a sink or similar outlet.
9. If you need to, operate the device again for a short time in order to allow any remain-
ing amounts of water to evaporate.

6. Press the self-cleaning button (15).
7. Allow the water reservoir (6) to run completely empty. Tilt
the device back and forth slightly to allow the water to run
out of all nozzles.
8. Repeat the cleaning process several times until no more
limescale residues emerge from the nozzles.
Possible cause/solution
Is the device connected to the adapter correctly and is the
mains plug pushed all the way into the plug socket?
Is the plug socket defective? Try a different socket and
check the fuse of your mains connection.
