Troubleshooting
When there are issues with the refrigerator during use, please refer to the troubleshooting list
below. If this does not resolve the issues, please contact a local retailer or visit www.hyckes.com.
Issue
The device does not function.
The device cannot be controlled by app.
There is a bubbling or sizzling sound coming
from the cooling compartment.
The compressor is slightly noisy when start-
ing.
A fault code is shown on the display.
In case the display of the refrigerator shows a fault code (Fx), the following table explains the
meaning of this fault code and a possible cause and suggestion to resolve this fault.

Check if the power cable and plugs are connected
correct.
The power supply gives no voltage, try another
power outlet or socket.
A fuse has been blown, please check and replace
the fuse.
Restart the app on your mobile device, or (re)con-
nect Bluetooth. See paragraph 'app connection'.
This is a normal phenomenon, caused by the flow of
refrigerant.

after some time running.
