PRODUCT OPERATION:
BEFORE ITS FIRST USE
1 .Remove the device and all its accessories from the box.
2. Wash the lid and the steaming trays with warm water and dishwashing liquid before
their use.
3. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
4. Wipe the inside of the tank with water using a damp cloth.
Usage:

Fill the tank with cold tap or spring water up to the maximum level. Place the food in
the steaming trays. You can do multiple combinations (Example: place fish in stea-
ming tray no. 1 and vegetables in steaming tray no. 2). Foods that discharge fat must
always be placed in the lower steaming tray. Selecting foods with the same cooking
time is preferable.

You may also place the foods that require longer cooking times in steaming tray no.
1 and the others in tray no. 2. Thus, you should begin the cooking of both trays with
the automatic cooking of the food that requires the shortest cooking time, and once
this concludes, remove steaming tray no.2. Place the lid on steaming tray no.1 and
continue cooking of steaming tray no. 1 in manual mode.
Automatic Programs:
The steamer has several cooking times stored in the memory for certain food types:
Rice / Chicken / Fish / Eggs / Shellfish / Vegetables / Fruit
These automatic cooking times correspond to an average loading level of the steaming
trays (see table).
The device is also equipped with a manual mode so you may freely select the cooking
time.
Based on the food you wish to cook, select the automatic program from the table
below. In that case, the cooking time is automatically selected by the device.
Press on (I/O) and (PROG) so that a single number is displayed on the screen, and then
select the program using the (+) or (-) buttons.
Then press the (I/O) button to begin automatic cooking. The LCD screen will indicate and
start the cooking time countdown.
At any time during the cooking you may press once on (I/O) to cancel automatic cooking
or twice on (I/O) to turn off the device.

When cooking ends, the device will automatically stop and produce a sound.
Check regularly the water level during cooking. At the end of automatic cooking and
after verifying whether the food is completely cooked, you may continue cooking using
manual program no. 8.
