Stainless steel blade
Suitable for chopping and mincing meat (without tendons and bones), hard cheese,
onions, herbs, spices and much more at high speed.
∙ Place the stainless steel blade (without blade guard) on the shaft.
∙ Cut the food into small pieces and place them in the container with the blades.
Observe the marking of the maximum filling quantity!
∙ Place the lid with gearbox on the container as described above.
∙ Now put the motor part of the blender on the chopper.
∙ Blend for approx. 10 - 15 seconds at maximum speed.
∙ Repeat the process several times if necessary to achieve the desired degree of fine-
ness.
