Operation Instructions
1. Connect the adapter cable to the device plug.
2. Connect the adapter to an electrical outlet.

Function Guide
On/Off: Starts or ends the massage.
After 15 minutes it stops automatically.
Massage direction: Choose whether the massage
heads rotate counterclockwise or clockwise.
Heat function: Turn the heat
function on or off.
Intensity: Adjust the rotation speed to your
personal preference.
