Disposal and Recycling
• Think of the environment and contribute to a cleaner living environment! At the end of its
life, do not dispose of the device with normal household waste, but take it to a government
designated collection point for recycling.
Service and Warranty
• If you need service or information regarding your product, do not hesitate to contact us.
• We provide a one-year warranty on our products. The customer must be able to show proof of
purchase and the warranty must be valid within a period of one year from the date of purchase.
Please note that the warranty does not apply: for damage caused by improper use or repair;
for parts subject to wear and tear; for defects of which the customer was aware at the time of
purchase; for defects caused by the customer's own fault; for damage caused by third parties.

Problems
Device does not work
The device switches off during
operation
Check that all cables are connected properly and that the
plug is in the wall socket.
For safety reasons, the device is set to stop automatically
after 15 minutes. Check that the plug is still in the socket
and the cables are properly connected. If the above does
not work: switch off the device and wait one hour for it
to cool down. The device will automatically turn off if it
overheats. If the device continues to turn off, do not use it
and contact the seller for advice.
