4. CONDITIONS OF GUARANTEE
The S35 brazier has been designed and manufactured with utmost care.
If, despite our attention, your brazier should present a defect, Belgian regulations concerning non-compliance will apply.
The purchaser (user) will benefit from this guarantee provided that they are unaware, or are assumed not to be aware, of the
non-compliance at the time of purchase and provided that this non-compliance becomes apparent within two years of delivery. The
date of delivery is the date noted on the sales invoice issued to the purchaser by TOLE.
The purchaser must inform the vendor of their intention to call on the legal guarantee in writing within two months of noticing the
fault at the latest.
The guarantee does not cover faults due to the incorrect transportation and/or storage of the product by the vendor or on the ven-
dor's premises that arise from the vendor's sole responsibility.
It does not cover faults due to an installation error or faulty subsequent use that is not in line with the operating instructions, or
faults due to potential alteration of the brazier or its components.
It does not cover wear and damage due to a maintenance fault or inappropriate maintenance, earthquakes or major weather
problems, such as hail, cyclones or tornadoes, or any discolouration originating from direct or atmospheric exposure to chemical
products.
Corten steel has the characteristics of a self-patinating material. Its natural corrosion constantly develops over time, depending on
operation, exposure, atmospheric conditions and heat. Nuances in shade and surface appearance inherent to this material cannot
be considered defects under any circumstances.
