3. Safety instructions
– The use of the tyre pressure control system does not
relieve you from the normal maintenance and control
work on the condition of the tyres and the control of
the air pressure. It is an additional information system.
– Mounting the sensors is not permitted if the sensor
protrudes beyond the side contour of the vehicle. Pro-
truding beyond the vehicle contour can lead to a viola-
tion of §30c StVZO. (according German law)
– The function and installation of the sensors must be
checked regularly. Replace defective sensors immedia-
tely, as they may lead to a pressure drop.
– Observe the road safety regulations in your country.
Operation of an electronic device (smartphone) while
driving is not permitted.
Reich GmbH will not accept liability for damage caused
by not adhering to these instructions. Changes and errors
expected.
4. Installation
4.1 Installing the battery
Open the sensor housing with the spanner:
Insert the battery into the holder. Make sure the polarity
is correct. The positive pole of the battery points upwards:
