Warranty.
Our products are subject to strict quality controls. However, if your hybrid heater is not working
properly, we request you to contact your dealer. If the instructions in this manual were used
during installation and operation, we provide a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. In the
event of malfunction or damage caused by improper use or installation, the warranty service will
not be entitled. During the warranty period, equipment with defects due to material and manu-
facturing defects will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. The warranty does not extend the
warranty period or give a new warranty. Warranty claims must be made immediately after the
defect is recognized within the warranty period.
