9 PLAYBACK
There are two ways to start the playback menu.
1. In the right shortcut menu (Play back
2. <Main menu>-<Record>-<Playback>
Please note: The HDD for storing video files must be set as "read/write'' or "read only''.
After starting up de playback screen first select which channel or all channels you want to look at.
Select in what year and month you want to search for files.
Now select the magnifier button (Search button), if there are recordings in this month you will see
that the dates are marked blue, click the day you want to see.
At the bottom you see line, this is the hour line, you can see on what time there is a recording.
Green is a regular recording, Red is an alarm recording and yellow is a manual recording.
With clicking on the line you can select the time from which the playback should start.
You can use the buttons to pause, play reverse, stop, slow motion, fast reverse, fast forward, previous frame, next
frame, previous file, next file, repeat playback, full screen, edit and backup.
To make a backup of the movie you press the arrows button (6), check the correct time block you want to backup.
When checked you will see a backup button in screen 7, press this and select the USB stick you have installed.
Now press Backup, press ADD and select the movies from which channel you want to backup, you can choose
between AVI and H264 format (AVI can be played on every computer) H264 needs a codec to be played.
Now press start, a timer will be shown how long it will take to make the backup.
