Additional maintenance work:
• If you do not plan to use the vehicle for an extended period, place 2-3 drops of after run oil into the engine via the
glow plug opening, and then turn the engine by pulling the starter rope a few times. The maintenance oil removes
aggressive combustion residues and protects the engine from corrosion.
• Remove the fuel from the tank before transporting the vehicle, or when you take the vehicle out of use. Use a suit-
able tool to do this (such as an electric tank pump for model vehicles).
Fuel is a safety hazard (risk of fire or explosion). In addition, it also attracts moisture and the methanol/nitromethane
evaporates if the fuel is left to stand for long periods. This may cause problems when starting the engine, or the
engine may not run smoothly.
c) Changing a tyre
A suitable wrench is required to change the tyres.
Ensure that the nut is fluted on one side when tightening
the wheel.
The fluted side must face towards the wheel/wheel rim
and is designed to stop the nut from becoming loose.
Do not apply force when tightening the nut.
