The radio is connected to your network but does not play specific stations:
• The radio station may not be broadcasting right now. This may be connected to different time zones as well.
• It is possible that too many visitors are trying to access the station's server at the same time. This may cause an
overload.
• It is also possible that only a specific number of users may access the server at a time, and that this number has
currently been reached.
• It is possible that the station does not broadcast at all anymore.
• The link filed to the internet radio station may not be up to date anymore. The links are updated daily. Usually, the
station should be available again one or two days later.
• It is possible that the internet connection between a radio station in another country and your connection is
temporarily or permanently too slow. Try out if you can play back the station on a computer or another device.
You want to use the media server function, but the radio does not find any device in the
network:
• Check if the radio is connected to your network. The radio and the media server also must be in the same network.
• A firewall that may block access to the released or public folders is active on your media server. For this, observe
the manual of your firewall if required.
You can see the media server from which you want to play music in the list, but you can't find a
folder.
• If a firewall is running on the media server, check if it might be blocking access to the folder. You can briefly disable
your firewall for a quick test.
You cannot enable any folders for file sharing because the function is not displayed:
• Enable the file sharing function on your system.
The radio must buffer the chosen station now and then, which causes playback to stutter.
• The internet radio station is transmitted over a broadband connection. If the bandwidth of your internet connection
is too low or if it is utilised to capacity by another application, there may be breaks.
• Try increasing the buffer time for the cache in the settings menu.
In this case, buffering means that the radio downloads a small part of the stream from the internet and
only starts playback afterwards. This usually ensures that the audio data can be played back without
interruption.
• Check your internet connection and test reception with another station.
Repairs other than those described above must only be carried out by an authorised specialist.
