Place the fan on a flat, stable surface. Clean the exterior of the fan using a slightly damp cloth and then wipe it with a dry cloth.
The fan is ready for use.

The range of the remote control is approx. 5 metres at an angle of 30° in front of the fan.
Insert the two supplied AAA 1.5 Volt batteries in the remote control, as indicated in the drawing.
Do take the plus and minus symbols on the inside of the remote control into account.
The remote control has the same function keys as the fan's control panel.

Turning the fan on and off
Insert the plug in a wall socket. Press the ON / OFF key to switch on the fan. By pressing the key once more, you switch off the
appliance.
Setting the speed
With every press on the SPEED key you change the speed of the fan, from 1 to 8.
Setting 1 is low and setting 8 is high.
Setting the timer
Press the TIMER key to start the timer. The time period is increased in steps of 1 hour when you repeatedly press this key, up to a
maximum of 8 hours.
For example, if you want to set the fan to 5 hours, press this button until the number 5 appears in the display. A short beep indicates
the timer being set at 5 hours. A clock appears in the display. The fan will switch off when the entire programme has been completed.
It is not possible to check the remaining time of the timer.
If you want to stop the timer function or set a new time, you must continue to press the TIMER key until the setting is back to zero.
The timer can also be set without the remote control. Press the SPEED key during 2 seconds to enter the timer mode.
Oscillation
This fan is able to oscillate (swerve to the left and right) for a better air displacement.
If you want to change the wind to an upward or downward direction, you can simply move the fan head upwards or downwards.
Energy saving
To save energy, the display will automatically switch off after aprrox. 30 seconds. Press the SPEED or OSCILLATION key to activate
the display.
