10 Repairs
The Cleanflex Easy can only be repaired by Simco-ION.
In case of problems and / or questions, please contact Simco-ION or a Simco-ION
representative in your region.
A malfunctioning or defective Cleanflex Easy can be returned to Simco Ion for repairs by
following the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) procedure:
1.
RMA Request:
Fill in the Simco-ION RMA form
By entering the article number and serial number you can determine whether your
product will be repaired under warranty or if there are costs involved.
2.
Return sending:
• Pack the defective Cleanflex Easy properly;
• Display the RMA number;
• Send the package to the stated return address of Simco-ION.
