For charging, use a USB charging device with a charging current of 1 A. Remove
the protective cap (Position 4 in the overview). Connect the micro USB B plug
(Position 12 in the overview) of the USB cable (Position 10 in the overview) to
the micro USB input (Position 8 in the overview) of the power bank. Connect the
USB A plug (Position 11 in the overview) to a USB charging device. Connect the
charging device to a socket. The charge status display (Position 3 in the overview)
is activated, and lights up blue.
The charge status display consists of five individual lamps. The charge status
display flashes during charging (lamps 2 to 5) (Fig. 2). When all four lamps are
constantly lit, the power bank is fully charged. See Table 1. Disconnect the char-
ging device from the socket, and remove the USB cable from the charging device
and the power bank. Replace the protective cap, to protect the connections
against dirt and damage.

6.4 CHARGING WITH THE SOLAR PANEL

Disconnect all connected devices from the power bank before charging.
Place the power bank in sunlight, with its solar panel facing upwards (Position 2
in the overview). The first lamp of the charge status display lights up green when
the power bank is charging, see Figure 3.
The solar panel can also use artificial light to generate electricity.
Do not expose the solar panel to strong sunlight for a long period of time. This may damage it.

6.5 MONITORING THE CHARGE STATUS

Disconnect all connected devices from the power bank. Press the switch (Position 1 in the overview) to activate the charge status display. The
charge statuses are listed in Table 1. The charge status display will switch off automatically after approx. 5 seconds.

6.6 CHARGING USB DEVICES

Connect a USB device to one of the USB outputs (Positions 7 and 9 in the overview).
If you want to use the power bank to charge two USB devices at the same time, the power bank must be fully (100%) charged.
