INSTALLING THE APPLIANCE - OPTION 3
1. Follow the steps for options 1 and 2 to install the appliance on both the wall and secure under
a kitchen cabinet.
CONNECTING THE APPLIANCE
Caution:
If you wish to make a fixed connection, make sure that there is an omnipolar switch with a minimum
contact separation of 3 mm installed in the supply cable.
1. Make sure that the voltage in your home corresponds with the voltage of the appliance.
2. Use the supplied mains cable to connect the appliance to the mains socket.
INSTALLING THE HOSE
1. Install the hose (A) to the appliance (B) and to the exhaust opening (C). Use the hose clamps.
PREPARING THE APPLIANCE FOR RECIRCULATION
1. Remove the flange (A).
2. Loosen the screw (B).
3. Remove the valve (C).
4. Place the lid (D).

Operation
STARTING THE APPLIANCE
1. It is advised that you start the appliance a few minutes before you start cooking.
2. Press the button 1, 2 or 3 to start the appliance. The appliance starts at the set speed.
ADJUSTING THE SPEED
1. Make sure that the appliance is on speed 1.
2. Press one of the buttons 2 or 3 to increase the speed.
3. Press a lower button to decrease the speed.
USING THE LAMPS
1. Press the lamp button to activate or deactivate the lamps.
STOPPING THE APPLIANCE
Note:
Make sure that the appliance operates for 5 to 10 minutes after you finish cooking.
1. Press the off button 0 to stop the appliance.
