The follow overview will help you understand possible problems. However, only qualified
technicians should attempt to open or repair the machine. Contact your supplier when in doubt.
Problem
The appliance does not work.
Compressor works but appliance

The inside temperature is too low.

Temperature above 45ᵒC / 113ᵒF
Fault code: LO
Temperature under -45ᵒC / -49ᵒF
Fault code: E01
Communication failure
Press and hold + and - key simultaneously for 3 seconds to restore factory default settings. The temperature
and time display wil both show display "rS" code and then the appliance shuts down automatically. Restart the
appliance normally and check if error has disappeared. If this does not solve the issue, contact you supplier.
