5) FILLING OF THE HSW ECO-MATIC
1. Remove protection cover of the needle.
2. Hold the ECO-MATIC
below the liquid to avoid suck in of air into the barrel.
3. Squeeze adjustable handle and then release quickly to draw fluid into the barrel.
4. To remove air bubble inside the barrel, repeat step (3).
5. To fill the syringe and prepare for injection please make sure that the syringe is adjusted on
volume, 0,3 ml (for 0,3 ml syringe) 0,5 ml (for 0,5 ml syringe) and at least 0,5 ml (for 1ml
syringe) to prime and that no air bubbles are visible. Hold the syringe upright and squeeze the
plunger so that air bubbles can be released. From now on any dosage will be possible.

INSTRUCTION AFTER USE OF THE HSW ECO-MATIC
Remove all traces of material from syringe by flushing thoroughly with a hot water detergent mix.
Rinse thoroughly with clean, warm water.
Attention!
If you detect that the syringe draws air after the described cleaning, it is possible that a valve is fixed
in the front metal approach. The valve can be released by knocking slightly the front of the syringe
against an object, e.g., the edge of a table, and afterwards rinsing the syringe with warm water.
DISINFECTION
It is recommended that the HSW ECO-MATIC
and after each use.
1. Suck „hot" water into the barrel by using an attached bottle with warm water.
2. Suspend the complete HSW ECO-MATIC® including needles or nozzles in a container of water
and boil it for at least 20 minutes. Ideally, the cylinder will be disassembled from the handle
and the syringe will be boiled in a disassembled condition.
3. Remove the HSW ECO-MATIC® from container, wrap cloth around the handle and pump it dry.
TO LUBRICATE:
Remove plastic barrel from the handle by turning it. Lubricate piston and glass barrel with 100% pure
oil, cold squeezed or equivalent vegetable oil.
Please follow the manufacturers durability and storage life instruction.
Do not use mineral oil, silicone, WD-40, glycerine or alcohol. Petroleum based products harden the piston,
reducing the life of the component.
