USER MANUAL DIGITAL LED WALL DIMMER 2489H
IMPORTANT!
• Always work SAFE! Before installation, shut off the power of the mains.
• This dimmer is NOT SUITABLE for 12V halogen lamps combined with a ferro magnetic transformer.
If used in this way the warranty of the dimmer is void.
This digital LED wall dimmer (230VAC/50Hz, 3-500W/VA) is suitable for dimming the following light sources:
• Dimmable (retrofit) LED (filament) lamps (230V, max 250VA).
• Low voltage LED lamps combined with dimmable LED drivers (450VA max).
• Incandescent and halogen lamps (230V, max 500W).
• 12V halogen lamps combined with dimmable electronic transformers (450VA max).
CHARACTERISTICS OF THIS DIGITAL LED WALL DIMMER:
• Trailing edge dimmer ('R,C').
• This dimmer has a soft start to protect the lifetime of the applied LED lamps.
• Minimal start illumination value can be set by means of the adjustment screw (2).
• This dimmer is easy to install in a single wall junction box.
• Hotel switch in combination with alternating switch (Drawing B).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLATION:
• Strip the wires sufficiently (ca. 5 mm).
• Connect the dimmer according drawing (A/B).
• Tighten the dimmer housing into the wall junction box conform DIN 49073-1.
• Place the window and cover plate on the dimmer(tighten the nut) and place the button.
• Turn the dimmer button (1) for the desired dim setting and press it (shortly) to switch the dimmer off and on.
TOOLS:
• Small screwdriver.
Note: Use the Tradim LED Dimming stabiliser to dim unstable (filament/LED) light properly. Art. LEDDS6001.
The warranty period is 2 years from the date of purchase, to be proven to the retailer by means of your purchase receipt.

an authorized electrician.
