Normaal Gesloten Input Verbinding
Een normaal gesloten input heeft twee statussen:
Switch Gesloten – Normale Status:
Lusweerstand = 0 (korsluiting)
Switch Open – Abnormale Status:
Lusweerstand = Oneindig (open circuit)

Normaal Open Gesuperviseerde Enkele EOL weerstand Input
Verbinding
Verbind een 8.2 kΩ weerstand in parallel op de input switch contacten.
Een normaal Open Gesuperviseerde Ingang heft 3 statussen:
Switch Open – Normale Status:
Lusweerstand = 8.2 kΩ
Switch Gesloten – Abnormale Status:
Lusweerstand = 0 (kortsluiting)
Open circuit over ingangen - Probleem (Trouble) Status:
Lusweerstand = Oneindig (open circuit).
