Alle Scan-kachels zijn voorzien van een typeplaatje, dat de teststandaards en de afstand tot brandbare materialen aangeeft.
Het typeplaatje op de Scan 58-7, Scan 58-8, Scan 58-9 en Scan 58-10 zit in het magazijn onder de verbrandingskamer.
