CHAARBLOKKERING
GEVAAR VOOR ERNSTIGE VERWONDINGEN EN DOOD VAN GEBRUIKERS!
Voer NOOIT een inspectie uit wanneer het platform geheven is en de scharen
niet geblokkeerd zijn door middel van de schaarblokkering. Bij hoogwerkers
die uitgerust zijn met twee schaarblokkeringen dient u BEIDE blokkeringen te
gebruiken.
Probeer het platform NOOIT te dalen als er een blokkering op de schaar zit.
Gebruik de schaarblokkering NOOIT tenzij het platform leeg is van
gereedschappen en materialen.

Hef het platform ongeveer 2.2 m vanaf de grond.

Draai de schaarblokkering en zorg ervoor dat deze recht naar beneden hangt.
3
Laat het platform dalen tot de schaarblokkering stevig vast zit.
4
Blijf weg bij de schaarblokkering wanneer u het platform laat dalen
5
Berg de schaarblokkeringen op door het platform te heffen en de blokkeringen te draaien.

HECKLIST
De gebruiker moet een Pre-start inspectie uitvoeren op de hoogwerker alvorens er met de hoogwerker gewerkt wordt.
Gebruik NOOIT een beschadigde of niet goed werkende hoogwerker.
Initial Description
Be sure that the operator's manual is complete, legible and in the storage
container located in the platform.
Be sure that all decals are legible and in place.
Check for hydraulic oil leaks.
Check for battery fluid leaks.
Check the following components or areas for damage, improperly installed or
missing parts and unauthorized modifications:
Electrical components, wiring and electrical cables
Battery connections
Electrical components, wiring and electrical cables
Battery pack and connections
Drive motors
Slide blocks/wear pads
Tires and wheels
Ground strap
Limit switches, alarm and beacon
Nuts, bolts and other fasteners
Platform entry gate
Beacons and alarms
Maintenance Lock
Platform extension
Scissor pins and retaining fasteners
Platform control handle
Brake release components
Pothole guards
Check de gehele hoogwerker op:
Cracks in welds or structural components
Dents or damage to machine
Be sure that all structural and other critical components are present and all associa-
ted fasteners and pins are in place and properly tightened
Be sure that guard rails are properly installed and secured, and that all pins
and bolts are properly fastened.
Be sure that the chassis trays are closed and latched and
the batteries are properly connected.
Voer NOOIT een werk inspectie uit wanneer het platform van de hoogwerker
geheven is zonder de schaar te blokkeren met de schaarblokkering.
