Turning knob: To set the time, you change the turning knob. Turn left to decrease the
standard time and turn right to increase it. The standard times for the programs are ice
cream (60 min), cooling only (30 min) and mixing only (10 min).

· Cooling only
· Mixing only
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
· Leave the appliance upright and stable for 4 hours, on a stable surface, before using it for
the 昀椀rst time.
· Thoroughly clean all parts of the ice cream maker that will come into contact with the ice
cream: the 昀椀xed bowl, the removable bowl, the mixer, the lid, the 昀椀ll opening cover, the
measuring cup and the ice scoop. Dry the parts thoroughly before using them.
