Chord accompaniment function
The Doutreligne MSP-400 has rhythms with automatic accompaniments. The chord
accompaniment can be turned on or off as follows:
1.Press the [CHORD ON/OFF] button, indicator light on, auto chord function on.
2.Press the [CHORD ON/OFF] button again, indicator light off, auto chord function off.
Start/Stop
The rhythm accompaniment is started by first pressing the "SYN" start button (indicator light
flashes) and then pressing any key on the keyboard.
When "CHORD ON/OFF" is on, this automatic start will only work when you press a key from
the left side of the keyboard's split point.
Prelude/Coda
When using the rhythms and automatic accompaniment, you can also sound an intro variation
(prelude) and ending variation (coda).
Before the automatic accompaniment starts, press the [PRELUDE/CODA] button, the prelude
will play and then the main rhythm in variation A. To finish: Press the [PRELUDE/CODE] button
again when the automatic accompaniment is playing, the accompaniment will automatically
play a coda and then stop.
A/Fill 1 en B/Fill 2
When using the rhythms and automatic accompaniment, you always have two variations of the
rhythm/accompaniment: variation A and variation B
Pressing A/Fill 1 will give you a short "drum solo" and move you to variation A.
Pressing B/Fill 2 will give you a short "drum solo" and move you to variation B.
Accompaniment sound volume
Press [ACCOMPANY VOLUME] button for one second, indicator lights up, then press (DATA/TEMPO) button,
indicator lights up, then you can adjust the accompaniment volume; (range: 0-32, default: 20)
