Back up files in Internet Explorer (32-bit only)
To use Internet Explorer to back up files, the following conditions have to be met:
You have Internet Explorer 32 bits.
Java needs to be installed and up to date.
You need to activate the compatibility mode.
You need to set specific ActiveX security settings.

To check whether you are using Internet Explorer 32 bit.
In Internet Explorer, open Help > About Internet Explorer.

You are using the 32-bit version if "64-bit version" is not shown in the screen.

Activate browser compatibility:
Select Tools > Compatibility View.

Set a custom security level for ActiveX controls:
Open Internet Options > Security tab and click Custom level.

Set the option "Download unsigned ActiveX controls" to "Prompt".

Click OK.

4.
Access your camera in Internet Explorer (see above).
You can download the recorded files via the "Backup" button:
