Schloss öffnen
Stellen Sie den richtigen 3-stelligen Zahlencode (ab Werk ist „000" voreingestellt) über die 3 Einstellräder (2) ein.
Beachten Sie dazu die beiden Punkte zwischen den Einstellrädern, auf dieser Seite des Vorhängeschlosses ist der
Code korrekt einzustellen!
Ziehen Sie den Bügel (1) aus dem Schloss und drehen Sie den Bügel, um das Schloss zu öffnen.
Schloss verriegeln
Ziehen Sie den Bügel (1) ein Stück heraus und drehen Sie ihn so, dass er in die Öffnung des Schlosses passt.
Verdrehen Sie die 3 Einstellräder, so dass ein anderer Code angezeigt wird als derjenige, der das Schloss öffnet (ab
Werk ist „000" voreingestellt).
Neuen Code einstellen
Stellen Sie den richtigen Code ein (siehe oben bei
„Schloss öffnen").
Ziehen Sie den Bügel heraus (A) und drehen Sie ihn um
90° (B), so dass der Bügel einrastet.
Drücken Sie den Bügel ins Gehäuse (C) ein und drehen
Sie ihn nochmals um 90° (D).
Stellen Sie jetzt einen beliebigen neuen 3-stelligen
Code ein, z.B. 123 (stellen Sie den Code immer auf der
Seite mit den 2 Punkten ein).
Drehen Sie den Bügel um 180° in Ausgangsposition
zurück (E).
Öffnen per TSA-Schlüssel
Das Vorhängeschloss kann über das TSA-Schloss durch Sicherheitspersonal (Flughafen, Zoll...) mittels dem
genormten TSA-Schlüssel geöffnet werden, unabhängig vom eingestellten Zahlencode. Eine Farbmarkierung (3) zeigt
an, ob das Schloss geöffnet wurde (rot) oder nicht (grün). Um eine rote Farbmarkierung zurückzusetzen, stellen Sie
Ihren 3-stelligen Code ein und öffnen Sie das Schloss wie gewohnt.

Opening the padlock
Set the correct 3-digit code (default factory setting is "000") using the 3 dials (2).
Keep an eye on the two dots between the dials; this is where the code for the padlock must be set correctly!
Pull the shackle (1) out of the padlock and turn it, to open the lock.
Closing the padlock
Pull the shackle (1) out slightly and turn it, so that it fits into the opening of the lock.
Turn the the 3 dials so a different code is shown than the one for opening the lock (default factory setting is "000").
Setting a new code
Set the correct code (see above under "Opening the
padlock").
Pull the shackle out (A) and turn it by 90° (B), so that
the shackle catches.
Press the shackle into the casing (C) and turn it again
by 90° (D).
(E)
Now, set the desired new 3-digit code, e.g. 123 (always
set the code on the side with the 2 dots).

Turn the shackle by 180°, back into its original
position (E).
Opening using the TSA key
The padlock can be opened by safety personnel (airport, customs...) at the TSA lock using a standardised TSA key.
The set number code is then irrelevant. A colour marking (3) shows whether the lock was opened (red) or not (green).
In order to reset a red marking, set your 3-digit code and open the padlock as usual.
