Remove the plug from the socket before cleaning
the appliance.
Allow the appliance to cool off completely.
Remove stubborn dirt with a special glass
scraper for glass ceramic surfaces.
Clean the cooled glass ceramic surface with a
soft, slightly damp cloth.
Then dry the glass ceramic surface with a soft cloth.
If the ventilation holes are dirty or clogged,
carefully remove the dirt with a vacuum cleaner.

TIPS FOR SAVING ENERGY:

The cooking plate and the base of the pan should
be clean and free of residue to guarantee optimal
heat transfer.
Place the pan in the middle of the cooking zone.
Do not use pans with a base less than 12 cm in
diameter.
When heating water, only heat the quantity
needed.
During cooking and preparation, always cover
the pan with a lid if possible.
Switch off the cooking plate prematurely and use the
residual heat for keeping food warm, melting, etc.
