IV. METHOD OF USE
1.Wash your hands and make sure your breasts are clean. Express some milk, in order to check if the
milk ducts are blocked.
2.The pump must be sterilize and assembled.
3.Place your pump to your breast.
4.Make sure that the nipple is in the middle in order the silicone massage pad to fit perfectly to your
breast so as to create a perfect vacuum (do not let air in).
5.Start carefully pushing the handle downwards until you feel a slight suction. After that leave the
handle to return to the starting position. Repeat this step a few times fast in order to stimulate the
expression.
6.Establish a slower rhythm by pushing the handle downwards and keeping it pushed at most 3
seconds, before leaving it to return in the initial position. Continue doing this until expressing. If your
hand tires, try with the other one or leave the hand to relax onto your body and express from the other
breast.
7.Make sure that the milk flows successfully and the process of pumping does not make you
uncomfortable.
8.It is not necessary to push the handle completely downwards, but only to this position in which you
feel comfortable.
9.Do not worry if the milk doesn't flow immediately, relax and continue pumping. If the process is
causing you breast pains, stop immediately and consult with doctor.
