he manufacturer warranties this product to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year
from date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or any damage, failure or
loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, or storage. There are no other expressed or implied
warranties. This warranty will be void if the product is ever:
• Used in a manner other than for recreation
• Modified in any way
• Rented or commercial uses
• Consumer abuse or neglect
• Used by riders weighing over the maximum weight listed on the product.
The manufacturer is not liable for incidental or consequential loss or damage due directly or indirectly
to the use of this product. Yvolution reserves the right to repair, supply replacement parts, or replace a
defective product at our discretion.
