1. Rotate the food chute lid counterclockwise when and pull it upward.
2. Pull out the auger and the strainer from juicing bowl.
3. Rotate juicing bowl counterclockwise and take it out.
1. Switch the device off, and disconnect from power supply.

2. Disassemble the upper unit in the following order:
• food chute
• auger
• strainer
• bowl
3. Use the included slow juicer cleaning brush, thoroughly clean each of the disassembled
parts using warm water, with slight addition of light detergent. Remember to move the
silicone pad under the bowl to clean the remaining debris in the pulp ejector.
Note:
• Don't use an abrasive cloth or abrasive liquids.
• Do not rinse the slow juicer base or submerge the motor base in water.
• Dry all slow juicer attachments before reusing.
• Never use strong household cleaners, ammonia or abrasives while cleaning the device.
• Cleaning the device immediately after each use will also help to reduce stains on the
bowl or upper parts.
• In case of tougher stains or when the parts have discolored by food (carrots, oranges
etc.), soak them in mild soapy water and rub them gently with kitchen towel dipped in
cooking oil and then clean in the usual way.
• Allow the parts to dry thoroughly before reassembling the device.
