The circuit in the socket must be secured to a minimum of 16A. Only connect the
device to a wall socket; do not use extension cords or power strips.
•
Place the device so that the plug is easily accessible and, if necessary, can quickly
be removed from its socket.
5.3 Operating
•
Before using, wash the device with a soft, moist cloth and mild cleaning agent.
•
Dry the device with a soft cloth.
•
Connect the device to a single grounded outlet.
•
Place the desired food product in an appropriate 1/1 GN container on the lower frame
under the heating lamps, so that the food will be kept hot from above.
•
The device is equipped with 2 infrared heating lamps. Turn the infrared heating
lamps on using the ON/OFF switch.
•
Ensure that a proper distance is maintained between the infrared heating lamps and
food products (approx. 30 cm).
CAUTION!
Hot food products can be kept at the appropriate temperature without affecting
quality only when proper distance to the heating lamps is maintained.
WARNING! Hot external surface!
The surface of the heating lamp shields is very hot. To avoid injury, do not touch the
hot surface with bare hands.
•
Turn the device off with the ON/OFF switch and remove the plug from its socket if the
device will not be used any more.
