Displaying maximum, minimum and average temperatures
➤ Press the
button briefly to calculate and display the maximum (MAX), minimum

Holding current readings
➤ Press the
button to hold the current reading shown on the display.

When this function is active, all the buttons except

✓ The temperature display is not updated, even if the measurement shows a value that
is different to the one that is on hold.

Offsetting readings
You can set a measured reading to 0° and use it as a new zero point.
Press the
button to activate the function.

✓ The display shows 25°.

✓ If the next temperature reading measures 30 °C then the display will show 5 °C.
